“Relating a person to the whole world; that is the meaning of film.” It's true, isn't it? For once in our day-to-day thought processing, we all have wondered what would happen if this were not our life or the story that we are processing, and we could actually direct our own chronicle here… So, Encore'24 is giving all of you an opportunity to create your own visual style of cinematics and let it be unique for yourself yet identifiable to the audience. Just wear your director's hat, plot your script well with the perfect tone of dialogues, and then maybe, who knows, you become the director who was not inspired but the one who actually inspired others.

1. Theme: Open
2. Duration: The short film should be up to 10 minutes, including titles and production everything.
3. It should be suitable for everyone (No nudity, no obscenity, no excessive violence, less use of cuss words as much as possible).
4. Maximum 5 people can make a team to take part in the competition.
5. It's necessary that during screening, the director and the spokesperson be present.
6. Only one entry of each short film maker will be entertained.
7. The plot should be original, Plagiarism is a big no-no here.
8. Submitted short films with Full HD 1080p or 720p and 16:9 aspect ratios would be better.
9. Decisions taken by our respected jury will be final.
10. Any camera may be used (Digital SLRs, Mobile Camera, etc.) to shoot the film.
11. Participants have to submit their short film online at email id of encore 3 days within the commencement of the event.
12. Communication: Mention your email ids and WhatsApp number for contact purposes.
13. Abide by all the rules or you will be disqualified.
